## Job Description

Picture this: Your product is fast, modern, and vaulted to the top of a traditional industry in only four years. Your competitors are older, slower, and have been around for a long time. They look the same, talk the same, and basically offer the same experience. But your product—it’s truly different, and your users constantly affirm that’s why they love it. How do you bring all of this to life through simple and cohesive brand expression so more people come to know and trust your product?

This Visual Designer position will focus on Lively marketing design, and will ensure our brand lives true to our company values. Your ability to communicate our brand values in our creative offering sets the trajectory for the company. No matter the creative format - ads, events, social, website, or sales collateral, our brand is consistent, clean, and direct. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute to and grow our design presence at every point. This role reports to our Sr. Director of Brand & Strategy.

__Responsibilities__

- Produce creative content and deliver not just the visual elements, but the rationale behind them (including but not limited to: web illustrations, ad campaigns, brand elements and collateral design)
- Have an established design process to move projects efficiently and effectively
- Internalize, master, expand and contribute to an evolving brand system so the elements of the brand should work together like a system
- Manage timelines and creative expectations in a collaborative setting to ensure design consistency and achieve shared project goals
- Able to make informed decisions in the face of ambiguity using combination of strong design sense, brand acumen, and data-driven insights
- Serve as SME and advisor on all things brand identity within the Marketing team and partner closely with Product Design team
- Stay up to date with design trends across the B2C and B2B spaces, starting with healthcare and fintech but always looking beyond.

## About the Role

The Treasury Operations Analyst will be a key member of the treasury and banking operations team supporting money movement, partner reporting, operational processes, and problem resolution This will support projects as they are related to revenue enhancements, treasury operations, and process workflow tools. This position will also provide functional knowledge of treasury processes and practices. The Treasury Operations Analyst will work closely with the finance team to identify process improvements and work with the legal team to maintain compliance and procedure documentation. This role is critical to the daily funding and cash positioning process and crucial to creating a smooth operation with our external partners. The position reports into the Head of Finance.

__Responsibilities__

- Own the daily funding and cash positioning process related to our high yield product offering
- Monitoring and review of daily cash movements and requirements to ensure compliance with guidelines created by the Lively Investment Strategy group
- Develop knowledge and competence in all banking operations processes at Lively and be a point of contact for our external partnerships
- Assist with growth projects as new banking partners are onboarded
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and surface data for reporting purposes
- Partner with both internal and external teams to problem solve
- Accurately record data in our systems and ensure consistency in data entry processes

We are looking for talented Member Support Associates to join our rapidly growing team.  Member Support Associates are on the front line helping our customers gain value from Lively’s product offerings.  At Lively, a key differentiator is our customer experience, and Member Support Associates provide this outstanding experience to our end users.  

This role has multiple shift options ranging from 7AM-4PM MT through 10AM-7PM MT Mon-Fri.

This position is located in Boise, ID.

__Responsibilities__

- Provide customer support to Lively end-users via phone, email, and chat during business hours.
- Provide accurate and timely information to leave each customer that you interact with pleasantly surprised.
- Assist customers with complex tasks related to HSAs, including contributions, distributions, and reporting.
- Create bug reports in Jira for reproducible product issues.
- Create and resolve task incidents in Jira for data reconciliation needs.
