About the Role

The Treasury Operations Analyst will be a key member of the treasury and banking operations team supporting money movement, partner reporting, operational processes, and problem resolution This will support projects as they are related to revenue enhancements, treasury operations, and process workflow tools. This position will also provide functional knowledge of treasury processes and practices. The Treasury Operations Analyst will work closely with the finance team to identify process improvements and work with the legal team to maintain compliance and procedure documentation. This role is critical to the daily funding and cash positioning process and crucial to creating a smooth operation with our external partners. The position reports into the Head of Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily funding and cash positioning process related to our high yield product offering
  • Monitoring and review of daily cash movements and requirements to ensure compliance with guidelines created by the Lively Investment Strategy group
  • Develop knowledge and competence in all banking operations processes at Lively and be a point of contact for our external partnerships
  • Assist with growth projects as new banking partners are onboarded
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and surface data for reporting purposes
  • Partner with both internal and external teams to problem solve
  • Accurately record data in our systems and ensure consistency in data entry processes

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of previous treasury, financial services/fintech experience
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related subject required
  • Experience working with high yield accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail (if something is off by a penny, you feel compelled to find that penny!)
  • Able to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with external partners on high visibility projects
  • Willing to put in extra work during our busiest season, open enrollment (Nov. - Jan.)
  • A good sense of humor and a down-to-earth personality. We work hard, have fun, and treat people with respect.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus
